Thank you for shopping with MALIKAI. We work with carefully selected third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners to offer our collection, which means some products may ship directly from a fulfillment partner rather than from Malikai.

Processing times

Orders typically require 2–5 business days for processing before shipment. Processing times may vary by product, supplier, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Estimated delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the product, shipping method, fulfillment location, and destination. Estimated shipping times shown during checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Some products may ship from different fulfillment locations. If your order contains multiple items, your items may arrive in separate packages at different times.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details after your order ships. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after a shipping label is created.

Shipping charges

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before your order is submitted. Available shipping methods and pricing may vary depending on the products in your cart and your delivery address.

Delays

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our direct control. Weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, customs processing, and other circumstances may cause delays.

Incorrect addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.

If an order is returned or cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

International orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these fees are the responsibility of the customer.
