Return Window

Unworn, unwashed pieces in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

How to Begin a Return

Email hello@shopmalikai.com with your order number and the piece(s) you'd like to return. We'll send next steps within 48 hours.

Refunds

Once your return is received and looked over, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

For sizing exchanges, please return the original piece and place a new order — it's the quickest way to get the right size into your little one's hands.

Final Sale

Pieces marked as final sale, along with bath & care items and personalized goods, can't be returned for hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or wrong, please email within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll always make it right.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the piece arrived defective or incorrect.
